How to get a quote

Quotes are built from your real requirements, so the more you share up front, the closer the first quote will be.

  1. 1

    Share your requirements

Tell us your channels, destination countries, use cases, number of agents and expected monthly volumes.

  2. 2

Discuss your case with a specialist

A specialist confirms your scope, asks about message categories and explains how each cost part applies to you.

  3. 3

    Receive an itemised quote

You get each fee on its own line, with Meta's charges and taxes shown separately.

  4. 4

    Review, adjust and agree

Change channels, seats or markets and we update the quote until it matches your plan.

  5. 5

Top up your wallet and go live

After onboarding, fund your prepaid wallet and start sending. Usage is drawn from the balance as you send.

Is this pricing model right for you?

A good fit when

  • Finance needs to see recurring fees, usage and third-party charges as separate lines.
  • You send to several countries and want usage shown by market.
  • You prefer prepaid spending that stays within a balance you control.
  • Your team size and channel mix will change, and you want costs to follow them.

Good to know before you start

  • Published rates are indicative list prices; your quote confirms the rate per market and volume. Instead of a self-serve trial, we set up test access and a live demo.
  • SMS, RCS, voice and WhatsApp charges vary by country and can change when operators, Google or Meta update their rates.
  • Meta sets WhatsApp charges, not OmniChannels.ai. From 1 October 2026, Meta's pricing documentation says service messages beyond 1,000 free per business phone number per month, and utility templates sent inside the customer service window, are charged; confirm current rates in Meta's rate card.
  • Message charges are drawn from your prepaid balance, so plan top-ups around your campaign calendar.

Pricing questions

Do you publish your prices?

Yes, for SMS and WhatsApp. Indicative list rates for SMS by country and operator, and starting rates for WhatsApp and for SMS and WhatsApp verification, are in our cost estimator, with volume tiers. RCS and voice prices are not published: contact sales for RCS and voice pricing. Your quote confirms the final rate card for your markets and volumes.

Are Meta's WhatsApp charges included in your price?

WhatsApp messages are charged at Meta's own rate with zero markup. Meta sets that rate by message category and recipient country, and your quote shows it as a separate line so you can see exactly what Meta charges.

Why do costs change by country?

Mobile operators set SMS and voice termination rates for their networks, RCS rates depend on the destination, and Meta sets WhatsApp charges per recipient country. Local taxes also differ. The same message to two countries can therefore cost different amounts, which is why usage is quoted by market.

How are RCS, voice and Messenger priced?

RCS and voice are priced on request: contact sales for RCS and voice pricing. RCS and voice are usage-based and quoted by destination market, with voice charged by call. Facebook Messenger is a channel you enable in your plan; Meta's own messaging rules apply to it. Your quote lists each channel you choose on its own line, next to SMS, WhatsApp and email.

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead, we run a live demo where a specialist shows the workspace using your use cases, then prepare an itemised quote for your channels and markets.

How does prepaid wallet billing work?

You top up a wallet balance, and message usage is drawn from it as you send. This keeps spending within the amount you set. Your quote explains how top-ups and recurring fees are billed.

What happened to WhatsApp charges in October 2026?

According to Meta's pricing documentation, from 1 October 2026 Meta charges service messages after the first 1,000 free per business phone number per month, and charges utility templates sent inside the customer service window. Rules and rates can change again, so always confirm current charges in Meta's official rate card before you budget.

What does a quote cover?

A quote lists your scope, recurring fees for the licence, seats and channels, usage rates by market with volume tiers, Meta's WhatsApp charges, taxes, billing terms and how long the rates stay valid, which is 60 days.
