Add WhatsApp, SMS and RCS services to your agency, under your brand
Your clients already ask for WhatsApp campaigns, click-to-WhatsApp follow-up and faster replies. Run it all for them from one console with your agency's name on it, bill it on your terms and keep the margin.
Illustrative agency console: the agency's brand above one sub-account per client, each with its own channels. Sample data only.
Short answer
Updated
The OmniChannels.ai agency programme lets marketing, digital and CX agencies run WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Instagram, Messenger and email for their clients from one white-label console. Each client gets a sub-account with its own WhatsApp number, sender IDs, users and rate card. Your team runs campaigns, inboxes and chatbots, you bill clients under your brand and pricing, and BroadNet provides the network and engineering behind you.
Built for agencies that run messaging for many clients
One login for your team, a separate space for every client, and reporting you can put your name on.
One sub-account per client
Each client has its own WhatsApp number, sender IDs, templates, users and credit, so brands, data and budgets never mix.
Roles for your team and theirs
Reseller, executive and user roles let your team run the work while client staff approve, reply or read reports.
Campaigns on every channel
Quick send, bulk, personalised and auto-scheduled campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and more, from one place.
Inbox management as a service
Answer WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger conversations for clients from a shared inbox with assignment and tags.
Chatbots and AI agents you can sell
Build Arabic and English chatbots and AI agents through BroadNet AI, with handover to your agents or the client's.
Client reports under your brand
Delivery reports with filters and CSV export, ready for the monthly report you send each client.
Retainers plus usage, priced by you
Set each client's retail rates for messaging on top of your fees, with prepaid or postpaid billing and a margin view per account.
Seasonal campaigns in Arabic and English
Plan Ramadan, Eid and sale campaigns with Arabic templates, right-to-left previews and scheduled sends.

Launch or Signature: which tier fits your agency
Agencies join at one of two partner tiers. The difference is how far your own brand goes, not which channels you can sell.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Launch | Every channel, a sub-account per client, your own retail prices, the reseller API and the MCP server, with your brand on the console, reports and invoices. Starts on a prepaid balance. |
| Signature | Everything in Launch, plus full white-label on your own domain, a branded API, a dedicated partner manager, co-marketing and shared leads, in return for a monthly volume commitment agreed with sales. |
| Relay | If you would rather not bill or support messaging, introduce clients as a referral partner and BroadNet sells and serves them directly. |
From first client to a messaging retainer
Most agencies go live with a first client within a few weeks of signing, depending on Meta's and the operators' approvals.
- 1
Apply as an agency partner
Tell us about your clients, sectors and markets. Your partner manager proposes Launch or Signature and agrees commercial terms.
- 2
Set up your branded console
Your logo, colours and domain go on the console, reports and invoices. Your team is trained on campaigns, inbox and bots.
- 3
Onboard your first client
Create the client's sub-account, connect its WhatsApp number through Embedded Signup and register its SMS sender ID.
- 4
Package, price and report
Bundle the services you sell, set retail rates, and send each client a monthly report under your brand.
Services your agency can package
Common agency offers built on the platform. Price each one your way: as a set-up project, a monthly retainer, usage, or a mix.
WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Template design and approval, opted-in audience upload, scheduled sends and results reporting for each client.
WhatsApp Business APIClick-to-WhatsApp ad follow-up
Answer leads from Meta ads in the shared inbox or with a bot, so paid traffic turns into conversations rather than missed chats.
Unified inboxChatbots and AI agents
FAQ bots, lead qualification and booking flows in Arabic and English, with human handover.
ChatbotsManaged customer care
Your agents answer WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger for clients as a monthly service, inside each client's sub-account.
Customer supportRCS rich campaigns
Branded, verified sender campaigns with rich cards and carousels, falling back to SMS where RCS is not available.
RCS messagingOTP and order notifications
Set up verification codes and order updates for clients' apps and online stores on WhatsApp, SMS or voice.
OTP & notifications
Automate client work with the API, n8n and AI agents
Agencies that build automations for clients can use the same API and MCP server the platform runs on.
Connect client CRMs and forms
Send messages from the REST API and receive delivery statuses by webhook, including in Make, Zapier and n8n workflows.
AI agents with messaging tools
Connect Claude, Cursor or an n8n AI Agent to the MCP server so it can draft, send and report on messages for a client's account.
Safe by default
Each key acts only on its own account. Enable only the tools an agent needs and keep a person approving every send.

Is the agency programme right for you?
A good fit when
- You run marketing, performance, social or CX work for several clients and they ask you for WhatsApp.
- You want messaging to be a recurring revenue line rather than a pass-through cost.
- Your clients need Arabic and English campaigns, bots and inbox handling.
- You want one platform for all clients instead of a separate tool and contract for each.
Good to know before you start
- Each client's WhatsApp account needs that client's own Meta business verification and documents.
- Marketing messages need each recipient's opt-in, and your clients remain responsible for consent.
- Meta, Google and operators approve templates, RCS agents and sender IDs per client; no tier skips these reviews.
- Your agency provides first-line support to its clients, so your team needs training on the channels you sell.
How the white-label model works
We run the network, the platform and the compliance. You own the brand, the prices and the customer relationship. Your clients only ever see your name.
BroadNet network and platform
Direct operator connections, routing, sender ID registration, platform engineering and second-line support.
Your brand
Your console on your domain, your logo and colours, your rate cards, invoices and delivery reports, plus the reseller API.
Your clients
A sub-account per client, each with its own credit, sender IDs, users and webhooks, on every channel.
Agency partner questions
Can my agency resell the WhatsApp Business API to clients?
Yes. BroadNet is an official Meta Business Solution Provider, and agencies sell WhatsApp from a console under their own brand. Each client connects its own WhatsApp Business account in its sub-account, and you run campaigns, inbox and bots for them.
Will my clients see OmniChannels.ai or BroadNet?
Not in the console, reports or invoices, which carry your agency's brand. Meta's own Embedded Signup screens and some operator sender ID forms may name the underlying provider, because those steps belong to Meta and the operators.
How should an agency price messaging services?
Most agencies combine a service fee, such as a set-up project or monthly retainer, with usage billed at their own retail rates. You buy at wholesale rates quoted by sales, so the margin on usage is yours. The reseller margin calculator helps you model it.
Can each client have its own WhatsApp number and sender ID?
Yes, and they should. Every sub-account has its own WhatsApp Business account and numbers, SMS sender IDs and RCS agent, so messages always come from the client's own brand.
Who owns a client's WhatsApp account if they leave our agency?
The client does. The WhatsApp Business account is registered to the client's verified business, so a departing client can move its number following Meta's migration process. Clear ownership builds trust when you pitch.
Which partner tier is right for an agency?
Agencies usually start at Launch, with every channel, sub-accounts and your own pricing on a prepaid balance. Move to Signature when you want full white-label on your own domain, a branded API, a dedicated partner manager and co-marketing, in return for a volume commitment agreed with sales.
Can we run Ramadan and seasonal campaigns in Arabic?
Yes. Templates, campaigns and inbox replies support Arabic, with right-to-left previews and scheduled sends. Plan seasonal templates early, because Meta reviews each template before it can be sent.
