Short answer

Updated

OmniChannels.ai is an omnichannel messaging platform from BroadNet Technologies. Teams use WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, voice, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push notifications from one workspace. They send campaigns, answer customers in a shared inbox with one thread per customer, run chatbots and AI agents with human handover, and set channel fallback such as WhatsApp, then RCS, then SMS. Developers use a REST API, webhooks, SMPP and an MCP server.

What the OmniChannels.ai platform includes

Each module works across the channels it supports, so your team learns one workspace instead of a separate tool per channel.

The OmniChannels.ai console on a glass screen: channel icons above a conversation list, an open customer chat and an AI assistant panel, viewed by a man in an office overlooking the city at night.

Which channels and modules are available today?

Live means you can use it now. Some channels, such as voice, are provisioned with your account team during onboarding.

How a team gets started on the platform

Onboarding is guided by our team. Timing depends on Meta verification, sender registration and the integrations you need.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We map your channels, markets, expected volumes and who on your team sends, replies, builds bots and reports.

  2. 2

    Connect your accounts

Link WhatsApp through Embedded Signup, connect your Facebook Page, Instagram and Telegram accounts and email sender, and register SMS sender IDs and your RCS brand.

  3. 3

    Prepare templates, bots and contacts

Build the first templates and bot flows, submit WhatsApp templates for Meta review and import contacts who opted in.

  4. 4

Add agents and fund the wallet

Invite the people who will work in the inbox, set up assignment and tags, and top up the prepaid wallet.

  5. 5

    Test, then go live

Send to an internal list, check fallback, delivery receipts and bot handover, then launch to customers.

Who the platform suits, and where it stops

A good fit when

  • You message customers on two or more channels and want one place to send, reply and report.
  • Marketing, support and engineering need to share templates, contact lists and delivery data.
  • You want bots or AI agents to handle routine questions, with people taking over the rest.
  • Your customers write in Arabic and English and your team must reply in both.
  • You resell messaging and want a white-label platform with every channel.

Good to know before you start

  • There is no instant self-serve signup or free trial; we set up your account with you and run a live demo first.
  • Some channels need third-party approval first, such as Meta business verification, RCS brand verification and SMS sender ID registration.
  • Voice is provisioned with your account team and is not part of the public REST API.
  • Instagram and Telegram only let you message people who contacted your business first.
  • AI agents need a well-maintained knowledge base and clear handover rules to give reliable answers.

Channel fallback, step by step

Send once through the platform or the API. If a step isn't delivered in time, the next channel takes over automatically, and every status comes back in one webhook format.

  1. 01

    WhatsApp

Rich template with buttons, read receipts and replies in the inbox

  2. 02

    RCS

Branded rich card where the handset and operator support RCS

  3. 03

    SMS

Reaches every mobile phone over direct operator routes

  4. 04

    Voice

A spoken code or message when text isn't getting through

Each step waits for a delivery receipt; the timeout is set per use caseOne delivery status per message comes back to your webhook

How the API fits into your stack

Your systems call one REST API with one bearer token. BroadNet routes each message over the right channel and operator, and sends delivery statuses back to your webhook.

Questions about the OmniChannels.ai platform

What is omnichannel messaging software?

It is software that lets a business send and receive customer messages on several channels from one workspace. In OmniChannels.ai that covers WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push, with shared campaigns, inbox, bots and reports.

Which channels can I use today?

WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, voice, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push notifications are all available. Voice is provisioned with your account team, and some channels need verification by Meta, Google or local regulators first.

Does the platform include chatbots and AI?

Yes. You can run flow chatbots for menus, keywords and lookups, and AI agents powered by BroadNet AI that understand English and Arabic, use your knowledge base and tools, and hand over to a person in the inbox.

What happens if a message cannot be delivered on WhatsApp?

You can set a fallback order per use case, for example WhatsApp first, then RCS, then SMS. Delivery statuses from every channel are normalised into one webhook format for your systems.

How do I pay for messages?

Message usage is paid from a prepaid wallet that you top up. Platform fees, channel charges and Meta's WhatsApp charges are shown as separate items so you can see what each part costs.

Can I connect the platform to my own systems?

Yes. There is a REST API with an OpenAPI spec and TypeScript SDK, delivery webhooks, SMPP 3.4 for high volume and an MCP server for AI agents. Test access sends to your own verified numbers.

Who is behind OmniChannels.ai?

OmniChannels.ai is a product of BroadNet Technologies, a telecom messaging company headquartered in Dubai and in business since 2003, with direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators.
