Short answer

Updated

OmniChannels.ai campaigns let marketing teams send messages to opted-in contacts on WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Messenger, Telegram, email and voice. You upload a list from Excel or CSV, choose an approved template, preview the message, filter duplicate numbers and send now or at a scheduled time. Summary and advanced reports then show sent, delivered, read and failed messages, filterable by date and campaign and exportable as CSV.

What the campaign module does

Two colleagues review a campaign dashboard on a laptop while floating cards show the steps: import audience, approved templates, schedule by time zone, send across channels and track results.

How campaigns differ by channel

Each channel has its own sending rules. Plan your audience and message around them.

ItemDetails
WhatsAppNeeds a Meta-approved template and contacts who opted in to WhatsApp messages. Meta charges per message by category and country.
SMSReaches any mobile phone. Sender ID registration rules apply in markets such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
EmailSent from your own sender over SMTP. Your domain's authentication setup affects inbox placement.
TelegramReaches people who have started a chat with or subscribed to your Telegram account.
InstagramUsed for direct-message conversations in the inbox, not for bulk campaigns.
RCSBranded rich cards with buttons and suggested replies; contacts without RCS receive the SMS fallback.
Facebook MessengerSend to people who have messaged your Page, within Meta's Messenger rules.
VoiceRecorded or text-to-speech voice broadcasts, set up with our team for your numbers and countries.

How to run a campaign, step by step

  1. 1

    Set the goal

Decide what the campaign should achieve, such as bookings, renewals or store visits, and which channel your audience agreed to.

  2. 2

    Upload an opted-in audience

Import an Excel or CSV list of contacts who consented, and keep a record of when and how each one opted in.

  3. 3

    Choose the template

Pick an approved WhatsApp template or write the SMS, email or Telegram message, and map list columns to variables.

  4. 4

    Preview the message

Check the rendered message with real variables, links and buttons, in every language you are sending.

  5. 5

    Schedule or send

Send now or choose a date and time. Duplicates are filtered before the messages leave.

  6. 6

    Read the delivery report

Review sent, delivered, read and failed counts, check failure reasons and export the detail as CSV.

Is this campaign tool a fit for your team?

A good fit when

  • You send promotions, reminders or announcements to customers who opted in on WhatsApp, SMS, email or Telegram.
  • You want one process and one report for campaigns across several channels.
  • You need WhatsApp campaigns with approved templates, media and buttons.
  • You run campaigns in Arabic and English for customers in the Gulf and beyond.

Good to know before you start

  • Cold, rented or purchased lists are not allowed; every channel requires consent from the people you message.
  • Each campaign is sent on one channel. Automatic fallback from one channel to another is not a built-in feature.
  • Reports show delivery status per message. Sales or conversions happen in your own systems and are measured there.
  • Instagram is used for DM conversations, not bulk campaigns.
  • WhatsApp templates must be approved by Meta before a campaign can use them, which can add time to urgent sends.

Campaign questions

How do I import contacts?

Upload an Excel or CSV file with one row per contact and columns for the phone number or email plus any variables your template uses, such as first name. Only include people who agreed to receive messages on that channel.

What happens to duplicate contacts in my list?

Duplicate numbers in an upload are filtered before sending, so each contact receives the message once. It is still good practice to clean your list at the source.

What is the difference between delivery and conversion?

Delivery tells you whether a message reached the phone or mailbox, and for WhatsApp whether it was read. Conversion is what the customer did next, such as buying or booking, which you measure in your store, CRM or analytics, for example with tracked links.

Can I schedule a campaign for later?

Yes. Choose a date and time when you set up the campaign, or send it immediately.

Why did some messages fail?

Common reasons include invalid or inactive numbers, recipients who blocked or opted out, and channel limits such as WhatsApp messaging tiers. The advanced report shows the status per message so you can review failures and clean your list.

Can I send the same campaign on WhatsApp and SMS?

You can create a campaign for each channel using the same audience file and similar content. Each campaign has its own report, so you can compare results by channel.
