Short answer

Updated

The OmniChannels.ai partner programme, run by BroadNet Technologies, has four tiers: Relay for referral partners, Launch for resellers, Signature for white-label partners and Backbone for wholesale and carrier partners. Agencies and technology companies join at Launch or Signature. Partners get onboarding, training, a sales enablement kit and deal registration; higher tiers add a dedicated partner manager, co-marketing and shared leads. Wholesale rates are volume-based and quoted by sales.

What every partner gets

The baseline on every tier, from a single referral to a carrier interconnect. Rates, tiers and any revenue share are agreed per partner in the partner agreement.

Client dashboards for several sample brands float around an OmniChannels.ai platform podium, each tenant with its own branding and figures.

Four partner tiers, one platform

Each tier adds more ownership: of the client, then the brand, then the pricing, and finally the traffic itself. Start where your business is today and move up as it grows.

  1. Referral partner

    Apply
  2. Reseller

    Launch

    • Sales and support staff trained on the channels you sell
    Apply
  3. White-label partner

    Signature

Your brand, your domain, your platform. We stay invisible.

    What's required

    • A monthly volume commitment agreed with sales
    • A domain and brand assets for your console
    • A first-line support team for your clients
    Apply

Tier placement is agreed during scoping and reviewed with your partner manager as your business grows. Agencies and technology partners join at Launch or Signature, depending on whether they bill clients under their own brand.

Partner types describe how you reach clients; tiers describe how much you own. If you are unsure, apply anyway and the partner team will match you during scoping.

How to become a partner

Every application is reviewed by the partner team. The pace after that depends mostly on agreeing commercials and, for resellers, setting up your brand.

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your company, the markets you serve, the channels your clients ask for and the partner type you have in mind.

  2. 2

    Scope and match

Your partner manager confirms the right track, walks through the commercial model and agrees a joint plan with targets that make sense for both sides.

  3. 3

    Onboard

Sign the partner agreement, receive console and test access, connect your systems and train your team on the channels you will sell.

  4. 4

    Go live and grow

Move your first clients to production, register new deals as they come in and review volume, quality and pipeline with your partner manager.

Is the partner programme right for you?

A good fit when

  • Your clients already ask you for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS or voice, and you would rather sell it than refer it away.
  • You want to own the client relationship and the margin, without building operator connections or a messaging platform.
  • You sell into the GCC, the wider Middle East or other regions where Arabic and English messaging matter.
  • You need a partner with engineers who will join technical calls with your clients.

Good to know before you start

  • Meta, Google and mobile operators still approve your clients' senders, templates and agents; no partner tier bypasses those reviews.
  • Sender ID registration rules differ by country, and some markets need documents from each end client before traffic can start.
  • Postpaid billing and credit limits are subject to a credit review; most partners start prepaid.
  • Rates and partner terms are not published; they are agreed per partner based on markets, channels and committed volume.

How the white-label model works

We run the network, the platform and the compliance. You own the brand, the prices and the customer relationship. Your clients only ever see your name.

BroadNet network and platform

Direct operator connections, routing, sender ID registration, platform engineering and second-line support.

Your brand

Your console on your domain, your logo and colours, your rate cards, invoices and delivery reports, plus the reseller API.

Your clients

A sub-account per client, each with its own credit, sender IDs, users and webhooks, on every channel.

Partner programme questions

What partner tiers does OmniChannels.ai offer?

Four. Relay is for referral partners who introduce clients; Launch is for resellers who sell under their own account and prices; Signature is full white-label on your own domain; Backbone is wholesale and carrier interconnect for A2P SMS and voice. Each tier adds ownership of the client, the brand, the pricing or the traffic.

Can I sell OmniChannels.ai under my own brand?

Yes. At Signature, the console, login page, dashboard, invoices, delivery reports and API carry your logo, domain and colours. You create a sub-account for each client and set their prices, so your clients deal with your company rather than with BroadNet.

How does partner pricing work?

Resellers and wholesale partners buy at volume-based wholesale rates, quoted by sales per destination and channel, and add their own markup. Referral and technology partners are rewarded on business they bring, as defined in the partner agreement. No rates or percentages are published; terms are agreed per partner.

Is there a minimum commitment?

It depends on the tier. Relay has no volume commitment, and Launch partners usually start on a prepaid balance. Signature and Backbone partners agree a monthly volume commitment with sales, and a higher commitment usually unlocks a better wholesale tier.

Can I move up a tier later?

Yes. Many partners start at Launch to prove demand, then move to Signature once they want their own domain, branded API and dedicated support. Your partner manager reviews volume, quality and pipeline with you and proposes a move when it makes sense for both sides.

Are territories exclusive?

Not by default. Most partners sell without geographic restrictions. Where a market needs focused effort, for example because of local registration rules or a go-to-market commitment, territory terms can be discussed and written into the partner agreement.

Who supports my clients after they go live?

That depends on the tier. Launch and Signature partners own the client relationship and provide first-line support, while BroadNet provides second-line support and engineering behind them. For clients introduced by Relay partners, BroadNet sells and supports the client directly.

Do partners get training and sales material?

Yes. Every tier gets onboarding and a sales kit sized to the tier, from a referral kit to a rebrandable kit for white-label partners. Sales and support training is included from Launch, and Signature partners can certify their technical team on the console, APIs and channel rules.
