Short answer
Updated
Yes, you can resell the WhatsApp Business API under your own brand. BroadNet is an official Meta Business Solution Provider, and OmniChannels.ai gives resellers a white-label console where each client connects its own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's Embedded Signup. Clients use templates, interactive messages, Flows, catalogs and a shared inbox under your brand. Meta's per-message charges apply to each client's account, and you set your own pricing.
Everything your clients need on WhatsApp, under your brand
The full WhatsApp Business Platform, packaged so you can sell, onboard and support each client as your own customer.
A WhatsApp account per client
Every client connects its own WhatsApp Business account and phone number through Meta's Embedded Signup, inside its own sub-account. Numbers, templates and quality ratings stay separate.
Templates with approval tracking
Clients build marketing, utility and authentication templates with variables, media and buttons, preview them on a phone and follow Meta's review status.
Interactive messages, Flows and catalogs
Buttons, lists, WhatsApp Flows forms, product catalogs, QR links and digital business cards for journeys that go beyond plain text.
A shared inbox for client teams
Agents reply from one thread per customer, with assignment, tags, templates and attachments, alongside Instagram, Messenger and the other channels.
Campaigns in four sending modes
Quick send, bulk, personalised and auto-scheduled sends, with Excel or CSV upload, preview and duplicate filtering.
Chatbots and AI agents in Arabic and English
Through BroadNet AI, clients add bots and AI agents that understand Arabic and English and hand the conversation to a human agent when needed.
One-tap, zero-tap and copy-code OTP
Authentication templates for login and payment codes, with fallback to RCS or SMS where a WhatsApp message is not delivered.
Your pricing on top of Meta's fees
Meta charges per delivered message by category and recipient market. Your rate card sets what you charge each client, and the margin view shows the result per account.

Who sees which brand on WhatsApp
Three brands are in play on a white-label WhatsApp service. Getting each one right is what makes your offer credible to clients and compliant with Meta.
Your clients see your brand
They sign in to your console, build templates, run campaigns and read reports on your domain, and they receive your invoices.
Their customers see the client's brand
Messages arrive from the client's own WhatsApp Business profile, display name and number, never from yours or ours.
Meta sees an official provider
Each client's business is verified by Meta and connected through an official Business Solution Provider, which keeps the account on the supported WhatsApp Business Platform.
You set the commercial terms
You bill clients on your own rate card and terms, prepaid or postpaid, with credit control on every account.

Onboard a WhatsApp client under your brand
The same five steps for every client. Meta's verification and template reviews run on Meta's timelines.
- 1
Create the client's sub-account
Open the account in your console or through the reseller API, add the client's users and assign credit and a retail rate card.
- 2
Connect the number with Embedded Signup
The client signs in with its Meta business account, creates or selects its WhatsApp Business account and verifies the phone number.
- 3
Submit the first templates
Prepare utility templates for order and booking updates, authentication templates for codes and marketing templates for opted-in customers, then submit them for Meta review.
- 4
Set up the inbox, bots and integrations
Invite agents, configure tags and routing, add a chatbot or AI agent, and connect the client's systems with the API and webhooks.
- 5
Go live and watch quality
Monitor delivery, read status and the number's quality rating. Meta raises messaging limits as quality and volume allow.
Is white-label WhatsApp right for your business?
A good fit when
- You are an agency, software vendor or telecom reseller whose clients ask for WhatsApp campaigns, notifications or customer service.
- You want to sell WhatsApp under your own brand without becoming a Meta Business Solution Provider yourself.
- Your clients need Arabic and English templates, chatbots and inbox tools on one platform.
- You want WhatsApp alongside SMS, RCS and voice, with fallback between them.
Good to know before you start
- Each client needs its own Meta business verification and WhatsApp Business account; you cannot send for several brands from one number.
- Meta reviews display names and templates, and marketing messages need the customer's opt-in.
- Meta's per-message charges and rate card change over time; confirm current rates in Meta's pricing documentation.
- A number already in use on the WhatsApp Business app or with another provider has to follow Meta's onboarding or migration process first.
How the white-label model works
We run the network, the platform and the compliance. You own the brand, the prices and the customer relationship. Your clients only ever see your name.
BroadNet network and platform
Direct operator connections, routing, sender ID registration, platform engineering and second-line support.
Your brand
Your console on your domain, your logo and colours, your rate cards, invoices and delivery reports, plus the reseller API.
Your clients
A sub-account per client, each with its own credit, sender IDs, users and webhooks, on every channel.
White-label WhatsApp questions
Can I resell the WhatsApp Business API under my own brand?
Yes. BroadNet is an official Meta Business Solution Provider, and resellers run the service from a white-label console on their own domain. Your clients onboard, send and report under your brand, while each client's WhatsApp messages carry that client's own verified business profile.
Do I need to become a Meta Business Solution Provider myself?
No. BroadNet holds the Business Solution Provider relationship with Meta, and you sell on top of it as a reseller. You avoid Meta's provider requirements and keep the client relationship, the billing and the margin in your own company.
Does each client need its own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Meta ties every WhatsApp Business account to one verified business, so each client connects its own account and numbers through Embedded Signup in its sub-account. This keeps templates, quality ratings and messaging limits separate between your clients.
How is WhatsApp priced when I resell it?
Meta charges per delivered message by category, such as marketing, utility and authentication, and by recipient market, and changes its rates over time, so check Meta's current rate card. Your wholesale terms are quoted by sales, and you set what each client pays you.
Can a client keep its existing WhatsApp number?
Usually, yes. A number already used on the WhatsApp Business app or with another provider can be brought over by following Meta's current onboarding or migration process, as long as the client controls the number and can receive a verification code.
Can my clients get the green tick?
Meta decides which businesses receive a verified or official business badge, based on its own criteria such as notability and verification. You can help clients prepare and submit a request, but no provider can guarantee the badge.
Can AI agents send WhatsApp messages for my clients?
Yes. With a key for a client's account, an AI agent connected to the MCP server can list WhatsApp templates, send messages and read delivery reports for that account. Keep human approval on for send tools, and use temporary keys while you test.
