White-label SMS reseller programme on direct operator routes

Sell A2P SMS under your own brand without negotiating operator contracts. Your clients send from your console, your API or dedicated SMPP binds, and the traffic runs over BroadNet's direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators.

Illustrative white-label SMS console: a reseller's brand above client sub-accounts with their channels and credit status. Sample data only.

Short answer

Updated

The OmniChannels.ai white-label SMS programme lets you resell A2P SMS under your own brand. Clients use a console on your domain, a REST API or dedicated SMPP 3.4 binds over TLS, with sender IDs, two-way SMS, Unicode and Arabic, and number lookup. You buy at volume-based wholesale rates per destination, quoted by sales, set your own retail price per route and client, and see your margin per account.

An SMS business without building an SMS network

The routes, registrations and tooling an SMS reseller needs, under your brand from the first client.

Start your SMS reseller business

Most of the work is commercial and regulatory, not technical. This is the order that gets first traffic flowing.

  1. 1

Apply and agree your rate card

Share your target destinations and expected volumes. Sales quotes volume-based wholesale rates per destination and agrees your tier.

  2. 2

    Brand your console

Provide your logo, colours and domain. Your console, invoices, reports and API go live under your brand.

  3. 3

    Register your first sender IDs

Collect each client's documents and submit sender ID registrations in the countries they send to. Timelines are set by each country's rules.

  4. 4

    Connect clients

Clients send from the console, integrate the REST API or bind over SMPP. Test with your own verified numbers first.

  5. 5

    Launch and manage margin

Watch delivery and margin per route and client, adjust retail rates and add channels as clients grow.

Is the white-label SMS programme right for you?

A good fit when

  • You are a telecom reseller, MVNO, IT company or agency with business clients who send OTPs, alerts or campaigns.
  • You run an SMS platform today and want better routes or a second supplier over SMPP.
  • You sell into the GCC, MENA or other markets where Arabic SMS and registered sender IDs matter.
  • You want to add WhatsApp and RCS later without changing platforms.

Good to know before you start

  • Sender ID rules differ by country, and some markets need documents from each end client before traffic is allowed.
  • Promotional SMS is subject to local rules such as consent, opt-out and permitted sending hours, which your clients must follow.
  • Wholesale rates are not published; they are quoted per destination and depend on committed volume.
  • Postpaid terms for your account need a credit review; most partners start prepaid.

How the white-label model works

We run the network, the platform and the compliance. You own the brand, the prices and the customer relationship. Your clients only ever see your name.

BroadNet network and platform

Direct operator connections, routing, sender ID registration, platform engineering and second-line support.

Your brand

Your console on your domain, your logo and colours, your rate cards, invoices and delivery reports, plus the reseller API.

Your clients

A sub-account per client, each with its own credit, sender IDs, users and webhooks, on every channel.

SMS reseller questions

How do I start an SMS reseller business?

Choose the markets and client types you will serve, agree a wholesale rate card with a provider that has direct operator routes, brand a reseller console, and register sender IDs for your first clients. On OmniChannels.ai a typical launch takes about four weeks once your brand assets and documents are ready.

What is a white-label SMS platform?

It is an SMS platform you sell as your own. Your clients sign in on your domain, see your logo and receive your invoices and delivery reports, while the provider runs the operator connections, routing and infrastructure underneath.

How do SMS reseller margins work?

You pay a wholesale rate per message segment for each destination and charge clients your own retail rate. Your margin is the difference, multiplied by segments sent. Long or Unicode messages, including Arabic, use more segments, so price per segment rather than per message.

Do I need my own operator contracts or SMPP connection?

No. Traffic runs over BroadNet's direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators. You only need SMPP if you or your clients prefer it to the REST API, in which case binds are provisioned per account over TLS.

Can my clients use their own sender ID?

Yes, where the destination country allows it. Many countries, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia, require sender IDs to be registered with documents from the client. Registration fees are passed through at cost, and timelines depend on the country.

Can I connect my existing SMS platform?

Yes. If you already run a platform, you can bind to it over SMPP 3.4 with TLS or call the REST API, and use OmniChannels.ai as your route supplier while keeping your own client front end.

What stops one client's traffic from hurting the others?

Each client has its own sub-account, sender IDs and credit, and you can cap or suspend any account immediately. Number lookup and consent rules reduce failed and unwanted messages before they are sent.
