Short answer
Updated
OmniChannels.ai handles messaging registrations for you end to end: alphanumeric sender IDs in every country, WhatsApp Business verification, display names and verified badge requests, RCS brand verification, US 10DLC and toll-free verification, short codes and India DLT. We prepare the letters and forms and file them with you; Meta, Google, carriers and regulators decide.
Every registration, handled by one team
One point of contact for every channel and country you send to.
Sender ID registration in every country
We register alphanumeric sender IDs wherever you send: we prepare the letter of authorization or NOC and file it with the operators or the regulator. Registration fees are passed through at cost.
WhatsApp Business verification and display name
We take you through Meta business verification and the display name review, and check that your legal name, documents and website match before anything is submitted.
Official Business Account (verified badge)
When your business is eligible, we prepare and submit the Official Business Account request in WhatsApp Manager. Meta reviews and decides every request.
RCS brand and agent verification
We assemble your logo, brand colours, use case and contact details and submit your RCS agent for brand verification with Google and launch review in each market.
US 10DLC and toll-free verification
We register your brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry for 10DLC, or file toll-free verification, with the campaign description, sample messages and opt-in flow that carriers review.
Short codes
Where you need a short code, we prepare the application and use-case details for the carriers or the national short code administrator and track it through to launch.
India DLT
For India, we help you register your entity, sender headers and message templates on an operator DLT platform, as TRAI rules require before you send.
Opt-in and compliance documents
We help you put consent wording, a privacy policy and messaging terms in place: the evidence that carriers, Meta and regulators expect to see.

Who approves each registration, and how long it takes
Lead times come from our country data and Meta's documentation. Where we have no published figure, we confirm the timeline at onboarding.
| Registration | Who approves | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Alphanumeric sender ID | Mobile operators or the national regulator, depending on the country | 3 to 14 business days in most countries in our data (UAE 5 to 7, Saudi Arabia 5 to 10); some countries need no registration. Each country page shows the current figure. |
| Meta business verification | Meta | Up to 14 business days, according to Meta |
| WhatsApp display name | Meta | Varies — we confirm at onboarding |
| Official Business Account (verified badge) | Meta | Varies — we confirm at onboarding |
| RCS brand and agent verification | Google and the mobile operators in each market | Varies — we confirm at onboarding |
| US 10DLC brand and campaign | The Campaign Registry and US carriers | 7 to 14 business days, in our country data |
| US toll-free verification | US carriers, through the toll-free messaging provider | Varies — we confirm at onboarding |
| Short codes | Carriers or the national short code administrator (txt.ca in Canada) | Canada: 3 to 6 weeks after txt.ca approval, in our country data. Elsewhere it varies — we confirm at onboarding |
| India DLT header registration | Operators' DLT platforms, under TRAI rules | 3 to 7 business days, in our country data |
How it works
Five steps from paperwork to your first approved message.
- 1
Collect documents
We send a checklist for each registration, such as your trade licence, website, brand assets and sample messages, and review everything before it is filed.
- 2
We prepare letters and forms
Our team drafts the authorization letters, forms, use-case descriptions and sample messages in the format each approver expects.
- 3
We file with the approver
With your sign-off, we submit to Meta, Google, carriers or regulators through the right channel for each registration.
- 4
Follow-up and approval
We track every application, answer the approver's questions, fix the cause of any rejection and keep you posted until a decision comes back.
- 5
Go live
Once approved, your sender ID, WhatsApp number, RCS agent or campaign is set up on your account and ready to send.
Is our registration service right for you?
A good fit when
- You send to several countries and need a sender ID registered in each.
- You are launching the WhatsApp Business API or RCS and want verification done right the first time.
- You need US 10DLC, toll-free or India DLT registration and have no one in-house who knows the forms.
Good to know before you start
- Meta, Google, carriers and regulators make the approval decisions, not us.
- Lead times are typical figures, not guarantees: approvers can ask for more documents.
- Registration fees set by operators or regulators are passed through at cost.
- Your business must meet each approver's own policies, for example on restricted industries.
Registration questions
Which registrations do you handle?
Alphanumeric sender ID registration in every country, WhatsApp Business onboarding (Meta business verification, display name approval and Official Business Account requests), RCS brand and agent verification with Google, US 10DLC brand and campaign registration, toll-free verification, short codes and India DLT. We also help you prepare the opt-in and privacy documents these registrations ask for.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Approval is decided by Meta, Google, carriers and regulators, not by us. What we do is prepare complete, consistent applications, check them against the published requirements and follow up on every question, which avoids the most common causes of delays and rejections.
How long does sender ID registration take?
It depends on the country. In our data most countries take 3 to 14 business days, for example 5 to 7 in the UAE and 5 to 10 in Saudi Arabia, and a few need no registration at all. Each sender ID country page on our site shows the current lead time and requirements.
How long does Meta business verification take?
Meta says a decision may take up to 14 business days. Avoid editing your business details while the review is running: if you change them, you have to verify again. Our readiness checklist helps you spot gaps before you submit.
What documents do I need?
Usually a trade licence or commercial registration, a signed letter of authorization for sender IDs, a website that shows your legal name, and sample messages with your opt-in wording. We send a document list for each registration, and our free tools generate the letter and check your readiness.
What does registration cost?
Sender ID registration fees charged by operators or regulators are passed through at cost. Other fees depend on the registration and the market, and we confirm them in your quote before anything is filed. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum on the platform.
Can you register a sender ID if I have no local company?
It depends on the country. Some accept international brands with a letter of authorization; others ask for a local entity or local documents. The sender ID checker shows the rule for each country, and we confirm the requirement with you before filing.
Can you help us get the WhatsApp verified badge?
Yes, if your business is eligible. Meta's criteria include a verified business, an approved display name, two-step verification and coverage in the news, among others. We check eligibility with you and submit the Official Business Account request; Meta decides.
