OmniChannels.ai

Patient messaging for clinics and hospitals

Remind patients of appointments, let them confirm or reschedule in one reply, and answer their questions in Arabic and English, while keeping medical details out of the message.

An appointment reminder with a reschedule request on WhatsApp. Synthetic brand and sample data.

Short answer

Updated

OmniChannels.ai helps clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies send appointment reminders and confirmations, results-ready notices and follow-up messages over WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and voice calls, with fallback between channels. Patients confirm or reschedule with a button or reply. The shared Omni Inbox lets front-desk teams answer patients in Arabic and English, and chatbots or AI agents handle routine questions. Messages should never carry diagnoses or results, only a notice and a secure link.

Is OmniChannels.ai right for your practice?

A good fit when

  • You run clinics, hospitals, labs, dental or pharmacy services with scheduled appointments.
  • Patients contact you on WhatsApp and you want staff to answer from business accounts, not personal phones.
  • You serve patients in Arabic and English and some prefer a phone call.
  • Your booking or patient system can call an API or export appointment lists.

Good to know before you start

  • Messages must not contain diagnoses, results, medication details or other health data. Send a notice and a secure link instead.
  • OmniChannels.ai is not a medical record or booking system; it connects to yours.
  • Health data rules differ by country. Confirm consent, retention and hosting needs with your privacy officer before launch.
  • No HIPAA certification is claimed: BroadNet is aligned with HIPAA requirements, and a business associate agreement (BAA) is available on request. Discuss your compliance requirements during discovery.

Patient messaging questions

Can we send appointment reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes, as Meta-approved utility templates to patients who agreed to receive them. Add Confirm and Reschedule buttons so the reply can update your booking system, and keep SMS as fallback.

Can we send test results by message?

We recommend you do not. Send a neutral notice that results are ready, with a link to your secure portal or app where the patient signs in. The message itself should contain no medical information.

What about patients who do not use WhatsApp?

Use SMS, which works on any phone, or a voice call with Arabic or English text-to-speech and keypad confirmation. Fallback can switch channels automatically when WhatsApp delivery fails.

Can a chatbot answer patient questions?

Yes, for non-clinical topics such as opening hours, directions, insurance accepted and preparation steps. Set rules so symptoms, results and clinical questions always go to qualified staff.

Does it connect to our booking or hospital system?

Yes, through the REST API and webhooks. Your system sends the reminder request, and replies or delivery statuses are posted back so staff see the latest status.

Is OmniChannels.ai HIPAA certified?

No HIPAA certification is claimed. BroadNet is aligned with HIPAA requirements, and a BAA is available on request. Data handling, hosting and your regulatory requirements are reviewed with the account team during discovery, and the platform is designed so medical data stays out of messages.
