Short answer

Updated

OmniChannels.ai helps marketing teams run consented campaigns on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email and push from one workspace. You upload opted-in segments from Excel or CSV, filter duplicates, preview each message and use quick, bulk, personalised or auto-scheduled sends. Fallback can move a message from WhatsApp to RCS to SMS. Replies reach the shared inbox, where a chatbot, AI agent or person follows up.

What marketing teams can do in OmniChannels.ai

One place to plan, send and measure consented campaigns on each channel your customers chose.

A marketing team points at a campaign flow that runs from an opted-in audience and approved templates to time-zone scheduling, multi-channel sending and tracking.

What is available for marketing today

We list each capability with its status and the channel rules that apply, so you can plan around them.

How to run a consented campaign

Most of the effort is in the list and the message. The send itself is the short part.

  1. 1

    Choose the audience and channels

Pick one segment, the channel those customers agreed to and, if needed, a fallback channel, such as RCS then SMS.

  2. 2

    Clean and upload the list

Export the segment, remove opted-out and invalid entries, then upload it as Excel or CSV and let duplicate filtering run.

  3. 3

    Prepare the message

Write the email or SMS, design the RCS card, or select an approved WhatsApp template, and add variables such as first name or offer code.

  4. 4

    Preview, test and schedule

Check the rendered message, send to an internal test list, then schedule it for a permitted time in each market.

  5. 5

    Measure and follow up

Read delivery reports per channel, export them to compare with your sales data, and let bots or agents answer replies from the inbox.

Is OmniChannels.ai the right tool for your campaigns?

A good fit when

  • You send campaigns to customers who opted in on WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Messenger, Telegram, email or push.
  • You want to reach customers on the richest channel their phone supports, with SMS as a fallback.
  • You want replies to campaigns answered quickly, by a bot or by a person.
  • You run Arabic and English campaigns in the Gulf and beyond.

Good to know before you start

  • Segments come from uploaded lists; the workspace does not build audiences from website or app behavior.
  • Reports cover delivery and, where the channel supports it, reads. Revenue attribution needs your own analytics.
  • RCS reaches only phones and networks that support it, and Messenger and Instagram sends follow Meta's messaging rules.
  • WhatsApp marketing templates carry Meta's per-message charges, which are billed separately from the platform fee.

Omnichannel marketing questions

Which channels can I run campaigns on?

WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email and push notifications, each with quick, bulk, personalised and auto-scheduled sending. Messenger and Instagram follow Meta's messaging rules, and Instagram only reaches people who messaged you first.

How does fallback help a campaign?

You set an order such as WhatsApp, then RCS, then SMS. Customers the first channel cannot reach get the message on the next one, and RCS falls back to SMS automatically where it is not supported.

How do I target a specific segment?

Build the segment where your customer data lives, such as a CRM or spreadsheet, and upload it as Excel or CSV. Duplicate filtering removes repeated contacts before sending.

How do you help us stay compliant with consent rules?

Campaigns are sent only to the lists you upload, so consent starts with your data. Record how, when and to what wording each contact opted in, per channel, and remove opt-outs before every upload. Check local rules such as the UAE and Saudi data protection laws with your legal team.

Can I see which campaign drove sales?

Delivery reports show sent, delivered, read where available and failed per campaign. To connect messages to sales, export the report as CSV and join it with your order or CRM data, or add tracked links to your messages.

Who answers when customers reply to a campaign?

Replies arrive in the shared inbox. You can let a chatbot or AI agent answer common questions, such as prices or stock, and pass buyers who need help to a person.
