This notice explains what information we collect when you use this website and its forms, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have.

Who we are
OmniChannels.ai is a business messaging product of BroadNet Technologies LLC. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean BroadNet Technologies LLC, which is responsible for the information you share through this website. This is often called the data controller.
Our headquarters are at Suite 1711, Al Manara Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect through our forms
When you request a demo, a quote or contact us, we collect your name, business email address, company, country and the need you select. You can also choose to give us a phone number, expected message volumes and a message.
We also record some technical information with each submission: your IP address, stored only as a one-way hash so it cannot be read back, the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters in the link you followed.
Please do not send passwords, API keys or customer lists through our forms.
Live chat
If you open the chat window on this website, we process the messages you type to answer your enquiry. Replies come from an AI assistant powered by BroadNet's AI gateway, which processes your chat messages for that purpose only.
If you ask to talk to our team and give your name or contact details, we use them only to reply to you. Chats that never reach a person are deleted after 30 days; chats handed over to our team are kept for 365 days.
The chat stores a random chat ID (oc_chat_sid) in your browser's session storage so the conversation continues while you browse. It is deleted when you close the tab, is not used for tracking or advertising, and is not created unless you open the chat.
Why we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, route it to the right specialist, and follow up about the demo, quote or question you raised.
We use the technical information to detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
If you separately opt in, we also use your email address to send you product news and updates.
Marketing consent
Marketing consent is separate from your enquiry. The checkbox is unticked by default, and we handle your enquiry whether or not you tick it.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing does not affect messages already sent.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with the BroadNet Technologies sales and solutions teams who handle it.
We also use service providers that host this website and run our customer relationship management (CRM) system. They process your information on our instructions and only for these purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our teams and service providers may be located in a different country from you, so your information may be transferred and stored outside your country.
When that happens, we take steps to make sure your information remains protected, in line with the data protection laws that apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and for as long as we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it and withdraw any consent you have given.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you consent in our privacy banner, it keeps a small first-party record of how you found us, such as the referring website and campaign labels in the link, and sends it with a form only if you submit one.
Without your consent nothing optional is stored, and we respect the Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. The cookie notice lists everything the website stores and how long it lasts.
