Run your own messaging company: WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and voice under your brand
Give your clients a messaging platform with your name on the door. They sign in on your domain, buy at your prices and receive your invoices, while BroadNet, in business since 2003 with direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators, runs the channels, routes and engineering underneath.

Short answer
Updated
The OmniChannels.ai reseller programme lets you sell WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push under your own brand. You get a white-label console on your domain, a sub-account per client with its own credit, sender IDs, rate card and users, a reseller API and an MCP server for AI agents. You buy at volume-based wholesale rates quoted by sales, set your own retail prices and see your margin per account.
Everything the platform does, sold as your product
Resellers get every capability of the platform, not a cut-down partner edition. These are the parts that let you run it as your own business.
A console with your brand, not ours
Your logo, domain and colours across the login, dashboard, billing and reports. Your clients see your company; BroadNet stays in the background.
A sub-account for every client
Each client gets an isolated account with its own credit balance, sender IDs, rate card, users and webhooks, so one client's settings never affect another's.
Reseller, executive and user roles
Decide who in your team and your clients' teams can change prices and credit, who manages accounts and who only sends messages and reads reports.
Your prices, your margin
Buy at volume-based wholesale rates and set retail prices per client and per route. A margin view shows wholesale cost against your revenue for every account.
Prepaid or postpaid, with credit control
Run clients on prepaid balances or postpaid terms. Top up, cap or suspend any account at any time, so credit risk stays within your limits.
A reseller API for automation
Create accounts, top up credit, manage rate cards and pull reports from your own billing or CRM system instead of working by hand.
White-label REST API and dedicated SMPP binds
Your clients integrate with a REST API and delivery webhooks under your brand, and high-volume clients can have dedicated SMPP 3.4 binds over TLS.
Chatbots, AI agents and an MCP server
Sell Arabic and English chatbots and AI agents through BroadNet AI, and let AI agents send and track messages through the MCP server.
You own the client, we back you up
You handle the relationship and first-line support. BroadNet provides second-line support and engineering behind you, including channel set-up and delivery investigations.
Direct operator connectivity
SMS runs over BroadNet's direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators. WhatsApp runs through BroadNet as an official Meta Business Solution Provider, and RCS through BroadNet as a Google RBM partner.

What your clients see: your brand, end to end
White-label means more than a logo on a login page. Every screen, document and integration point your clients touch carries your company's name.
Your domain and login page
Clients sign in at an address on your own domain, on a login page in your logo and colours.
Your console, in Arabic or English
The dashboard, campaigns, inbox, templates and reports all appear under your brand.
Your invoices and your prices
Clients are billed by your company, on your terms, at the retail rates you set for them.
Your delivery reports
Summary and advanced delivery reports and CSV exports carry your brand, so proof of delivery comes from you.
Your API and webhooks
Developers at your clients integrate with a REST API and delivery webhooks presented under your brand.
Your support desk
Your team is the first line your clients talk to, with BroadNet's engineers working behind you as second line.
What BroadNet runs behind the scenes
- Direct connections to more than 1,000 operators and aggregators for SMS and voice
- WhatsApp as an official Meta Business Solution Provider, RCS as a Google RBM partner
- Platform engineering, channel set-up, routing and delivery investigations
- Wholesale and retail rate cards, credit control and margin reporting
- An information security programme certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, with a SOC 2 Type II attestation
- Second-line support for your team, with escalation to engineering
A few third-party steps sit outside any white-label: Meta's own Embedded Signup screens and some operator sender ID registration forms may name the underlying provider.

Every channel on the platform is open to resellers, with the same tools your clients would get from BroadNet directly.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business API | Clients connect their own WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta's Embedded Signup, then use templates, interactive messages, Flows, catalogs and the shared inbox. |
| SMS | A2P and two-way SMS with sender IDs, bulk and personalised sends, Unicode and Arabic, number lookup, REST API and SMPP. |
| RCS business messaging | Verified branded senders, rich cards, carousels and suggested replies, with automatic SMS fallback where RCS is not available. |
| Voice | Voice OTP, IVR, outbound calls, AI voice agents and dialers in a white-label, multi-tenant setup, provisioned with the account team. |
| Messenger and Instagram | Facebook Page and Instagram conversations in the shared inbox, plus sends within Meta's messaging rules. |

Launch your messaging business in four weeks
A typical plan once your brand assets and company documents are ready. Meta, Google and operator approvals for each client follow their own timelines, which vary by country.
- 1
Week 1
Apply, scope and sign
Tell us your markets, channels and target clients. Your partner manager matches you to a tier, agrees the commercial model and issues your wholesale rate card.
- 2
Week 2
Brand your platform
Send your logo, colours and the domain you want to use. We configure your console, login page, invoices, reports and API under your brand, and open a demo tenant.
- 3
Week 3
Train your team and price your offer
Your sales and support staff are trained on the console and channel rules. You build retail rate cards and start sender ID and WhatsApp onboarding for your first clients.
- 4
Week 4
Go live with your first clients
Create client sub-accounts, assign credit and users, and send production traffic. Review delivery, margin and pipeline with your partner manager.
Who builds a business on the reseller programme
Partners arrive from very different starting points. These are the most common, and what each one typically sells.
Marketing and digital agencies
Add WhatsApp, SMS and RCS campaigns, click-to-WhatsApp follow-up and inbox services to your retainers, billed under your agency's name.
Agency partnersSoftware houses and ISVs
Build messaging into your product through the REST API and give each of your customers a sub-account, without building operator connections.
Developer hubTelecom resellers and MVNOs
Add A2P SMS, WhatsApp and RCS to your portfolio, with dedicated SMPP binds for high-volume clients and pricing per route.
White-label SMSCRM and ERP integrators
Connect client CRMs and ERPs to messaging with the API and webhooks, and sell the messaging that flows through the integrations you build.
AutomationCall centres and BPOs
Run voice, IVR, AI voice agents and WhatsApp support for several clients from one platform, each in its own sub-account.
Voice & IVRE-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Offer merchants order updates, OTP codes, WhatsApp catalogs and campaigns as a paid add-on inside your platform.

API and MCP for partners: let software and AI agents do the work
Everything you do in the console can also be done in code. And because the API is now available as an MCP server, AI agents can work with it too.
One REST API for every channel
About 330 documented paths across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push, with an OpenAPI 3.1 spec and a TypeScript SDK.
A reseller API for your back office
Create client accounts, top up credit, manage rate cards and pull reports from your own billing or CRM system.
An MCP server for AI agents
Point Claude, Cursor, VS Code, n8n or another MCP client at one endpoint, and an agent can send messages, work with WhatsApp templates and read delivery reports.
Agents scoped to the right account
MCP tools act with the permissions of the token they are given, so an agent works only with the channels, sender IDs, templates and balance of the account behind its key.
Guardrails from day one
Enable only the tools an agent needs, keep human approval on every send, and use temporary keys while you test.
# Connect an AI agent to the MCP server (Claude Code shown)
claude mcp add --transport http omnichannels \
https://mcp.broadnet.me/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer $BROADNET_TOKEN"
# Then ask in plain language:
# List my approved WhatsApp templates in Arabic
# Summarise yesterday's delivery failures by reasonThe exact tool list depends on the server version and the account behind the key. Every send is a real, billed message, so keep approval switched on for send tools.

Is the reseller programme right for you?
A good fit when
- You are a telecom reseller, MVNO, agency, software vendor or regional distributor in the GCC or beyond with clients who need business messaging.
- You want the client relationship, the billing and the margin to stay with your company.
- You need several channels on one platform rather than separate contracts for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and voice.
- You want to automate account creation, credit and pricing through an API, or let AI agents work through the MCP server, as your client base grows.
Good to know before you start
- Meta reviews each client's WhatsApp business, display name and templates, and Google and operators approve RCS agents and sender IDs; these approvals cannot be skipped.
- Sender ID registration rules differ by country, and some markets require documents from each end client before traffic is allowed.
- Postpaid billing for your account needs credit approval; prepaid is the usual starting point.
- You provide first-line support to your clients, so your team needs to be trained on the channels you sell.
How the white-label model works
We run the network, the platform and the compliance. You own the brand, the prices and the customer relationship. Your clients only ever see your name.
BroadNet network and platform
Direct operator connections, routing, sender ID registration, platform engineering and second-line support.
Your brand
Your console on your domain, your logo and colours, your rate cards, invoices and delivery reports, plus the reseller API.
Your clients
A sub-account per client, each with its own credit, sender IDs, users and webhooks, on every channel.
Reseller programme questions
What is a white-label messaging reseller programme?
It lets you sell a messaging platform as your own product. Your clients use a console, API and reports under your brand and pay you, while the provider runs the platform, operator connections and channel approvals underneath. On OmniChannels.ai that covers WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push.
Do my clients see BroadNet anywhere?
Not in your console, delivery reports, invoices or API, which carry your brand and domain. A few third-party steps are outside anyone's white-label: Meta's own Embedded Signup screens for WhatsApp and some operator sender ID registration forms may refer to the underlying provider.
Which channels and features can I resell?
All of them. Resellers get every capability of the platform: WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, voice, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and push, plus the shared inbox, campaigns, chatbots and AI agents, the REST API, SMPP binds and the MCP server.
How do pricing and margins work?
You buy at volume-based wholesale rates, quoted by sales per destination and channel, and set your own retail prices for each client and route. The margin view compares wholesale cost with retail revenue per sub-account. Meta's WhatsApp charges and operator sender ID fees are separate pass-through costs.
What is the difference between the Launch and Signature tiers?
Both include every channel, sub-accounts, your own pricing and the reseller API. Signature adds full white-label on your own domain, dedicated SMPP binds, a dedicated partner manager with solution-architect time, priority second-line support, co-marketing and shared leads, in return for a volume commitment agreed with sales.
How long does it take to launch?
A typical launch takes about four weeks from signed agreement to first live client, provided your brand assets and company documents are ready. Each client's WhatsApp verification, template reviews and sender ID registrations then run on Meta's and the operators' timelines, which vary by country.
Can I resell the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. BroadNet is an official Meta Business Solution Provider. Each client connects its own WhatsApp Business account and number through Meta's Embedded Signup, then submits templates for Meta review. Meta's business verification, messaging limits and per-message charges apply to each client individually.
Can AI agents work on my clients' accounts?
Yes, through the MCP server at mcp.broadnet.me. An agent in Claude, Cursor, VS Code or n8n can send messages, use WhatsApp templates and read delivery reports with the permissions of the key it is given, so it acts only on that key's account. Keep human approval on for every send.
Should I choose prepaid or postpaid?
Most resellers start prepaid, topping up their own balance and allocating credit to clients. Postpaid terms are available after a credit review. Separately, you choose prepaid or postpaid for each of your clients and can cap or suspend them at any time.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Commitments depend on your tier and are agreed with sales. Referral partners have none; Signature and wholesale partners agree a monthly volume commitment, and a larger commitment usually brings better wholesale rates. We discuss realistic volumes during scoping rather than applying a fixed minimum.
