In short
Claude connects to OmniChannels.ai through our remote MCP server at https://mcp.broadnet.me/mcp. Once connected with your API token, Claude can send WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and other messages, list and send approved WhatsApp templates, and read delivery reports, asking you to confirm before anything is sent. There is no marketplace app to install: you use Claude's own support for remote MCP servers.
What you can do
Send a one-off customer update
Ask Claude in plain language and approve the send tool call it proposes.
Try asking
“Send a WhatsApp message to 971500000000 saying their order has shipped and will arrive tomorrow.”
Pick and fill the right template
Claude lists your approved WhatsApp templates, picks the one that fits, and fills its variables.
Try asking
“List my approved Arabic WhatsApp templates and send order_update to 966500000000 with order number INV-400.”
Investigate delivery problems
Read tools let Claude look up delivery reports and summarise why messages failed.
Try asking
“How many messages in yesterday's statements campaign failed, and what were the most common reasons?”
Draft before you send
Claude drafts SMS, WhatsApp or RCS copy and checks length and tone, and sends only after you approve.
Try asking
“Draft an RCS card for our autumn launch in English and Arabic and show it to me before sending anything.”
Combine with your other tools
When Claude is also connected to your store, CRM or spreadsheet through their own connectors, it can pull the recipient list there and send through OmniChannels.ai.
Try asking
“Send a WhatsApp order update to customers whose orders shipped today.”
How it connects
OmniChannels.ai runs a remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP. Each request carries your API token in an Authorization: Bearer header, and every tool acts with the permissions, sender IDs and balance of that token, exactly as your own code would.
How you add a remote MCP server depends on where you use Claude. Claude Code adds it with one command; the Claude API can attach it to a request through its MCP connector; desktop and web apps add remote servers through their connector settings where your plan supports custom headers, or through a local bridge that forwards the header. Check Claude's current documentation for your plan.
- Endpoint: https://mcp.broadnet.me/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
- Authentication: Authorization: Bearer <token>; use a temporary key while testing
- Tools: send on each channel, list and send WhatsApp templates, read delivery reports
- Without MCP, Claude can still write code against our REST API and OpenAPI spec
Set it up
- 1
Request API access
Request test access and receive an API token. Test sends go only to your own verified numbers.
- 2
Get an MCP key
In the admin portal open Integrations, then MCP Integration, and copy a temporary key and the client configuration.

Add the server to Claude
Add https://mcp.broadnet.me/mcp as a remote MCP server with the Authorization header, keeping the token in an environment variable or secret.
Guide: Use the MCP server with Claude Code - 4
Switch off tools you don't need
Enable only the tools this assistant needs and keep confirmation on for every tool that sends.
- 5
Test with your own number
Ask Claude to send a test message to your verified number, then check the delivery report.
