**定义:** 推送通知是服务器通过操作系统的推送服务（如 Firebase Cloud Messaging 或 Apple Push Notification service）发送到用户设备的消息。即使应用或网站没有打开，它也会显示。

移动应用向平台的推送服务注册并获得设备令牌（token）。企业服务器把针对该令牌的负载发送给 Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM，用于 Android 和跨平台）或 Apple Push Notification service（APNs，用于苹果设备），再由其送达设备。浏览器通过类似机制支持 Web 推送。

与短信或 WhatsApp 不同，推送本身按条发送不收费。对应用用户而言它是成本最低的渠道，但只能触达已安装应用并允许通知的人，且送达是尽力而为。

推送通常是回退链的第一步：先推送，如果推送未被打开或令牌失效，再用 WhatsApp、RCS 或短信。这样既保证关键提醒可靠，又能控制成本。

常见错误包括：首次启动尚未展示价值就请求授权、发送过多泛泛的推送（用户会关闭通知），以及没有清理失效的令牌。
