## 准备表格

每位收件人一行。合并字段各占一列，列名不含空格，只保留一行表头，不留空行，也不要合计行。

粘贴号码前，先把电话列设为文本格式。否则 Excel 会去掉开头的零，并把长号码显示为科学计数法。

## 清理、测试与发送

1. 把所有号码规范为 E.164 格式，然后删除重复和无效号码。
2. 删除座机号码和已退订的联系人；可考虑用 HLR 查询找出不活跃号码。
3. 上传文件，映射电话列和合并列，并用最长的取值预览合并后的短信。
4. 先发一条测试短信给自己的号码，检查姓名、发件人 ID 和分段数。
5. 按国家拆分名单，并在各国允许的发送时段内分别定时。
6. 导出 CSV 格式的送达报告，并移除发送失败的号码。

## 注意短信长度

一条短信承载 140 字节：GSM 7 位编码为 160 个字符，Unicode 为 70 个字符，阿拉伯语和 emoji 需要用 Unicode。更长的短信会拆成每段 153 或 67 个字符的分段，且每个分段都计费（3GPP TS 23.038 和 23.040）。较长的合并姓名或一个阿拉伯字符都可能改变分段数，因此请预览最长的一行。
