# Website terms of use

Canonical: https://omnichannels.ai/terms/
Language: en
Publisher: OmniChannels.ai by BroadNet Technologies

These terms apply when you browse this website, read its guides or send us an enquiry. Use of the OmniChannels.ai platform itself is covered by a separate customer agreement.

## About these terms

This website is operated by BroadNet Technologies LLC ("BroadNet") for its OmniChannels.ai business messaging platform. BroadNet's headquarters are at Suite 1711, Al Manara Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BroadNet, and "you" means anyone who uses the website.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.

## The platform has its own agreement

These terms cover the website only. If your business uses the OmniChannels.ai platform, that use is governed by the customer agreement and order you sign with us, which take priority over anything on this website.

Your use of WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and other channels through the platform is also subject to the terms and policies of the companies that run those channels.

## Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our products, read our guides and contact us. Please use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the website or other visitors.

You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, interfere with how it works, or collect its content with automated tools at a rate that affects its performance.

You must not use our forms to send spam, false information, malicious files or links, or another person's details without their permission.

## Information on this website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date. Each product page labels capabilities as available, on request, an add-on or on the roadmap. Features, channels and availability can change, and some depend on your country, your industry or approval by a channel provider such as Meta.

Our guides give general information about messaging, channels and regulations. They are not legal, regulatory or financial advice, and channel rules change often. Check the official documentation and take professional advice for your situation.

Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. A contract only exists once we both sign a customer agreement or order.

## Prices and quotes

Indicative SMS and WhatsApp list rates are published on the website, including in our cost estimator; RCS and voice are priced on request. Final prices depend on your channels, countries and volumes and are confirmed in a quote for each customer.

A quote is valid only for the period and on the terms it states. Charges set by third parties, such as Meta's WhatsApp message charges, are decided by those companies and can change. Taxes are shown separately where they apply.

## What you send us

When you submit a form, please make sure the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists or other confidential material through the website.

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, as described in our privacy notice.

## Our content and brand

The text, graphics, product images, logo and other content on this website belong to BroadNet Technologies or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the source page. You may not copy whole pages or guides, present our content as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

## Third-party names and links

WhatsApp and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, and Telegram is a trademark of its owner. Other product and company names on this website belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the channels and services the platform works with, and their use does not mean those companies endorse us.

The website links to other websites, such as official channel documentation. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

## Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

## Our responsibility to you

We provide the website as it is, for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on information on the website or from being unable to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the same law, and disputes about them are settled in the same way, as set out in BroadNet's Terms and Conditions at www.broadnet.me/terms-conditions.

Nothing in this section takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

## Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

If you have a question about these terms, email info@omnichannels.ai or use the contact form on this website.
