## When to send

Saudi National Day is on 23 September every year and is a public holiday. Offers usually start a few days before; greetings go out on the day.

It is a different occasion from Saudi Founding Day (22 February), so keep the wording specific to National Day.

## Tips for this campaign

- Write the greeting in Arabic first; most of your audience reads it in Arabic.
- Check the CST promotional window below before scheduling evening sends.
- Send school and service closures as transactional messages, without offers.

## Sending-hour rules for promotional SMS

Promotional messages must reach people within the hours their regulator allows, in the recipient's local time. Transactional and OTP messages run 24/7.

| Country | Regulator | Promotional window |
|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | CST | 09:00–22:00 |
