# Build a messaging business on the OmniChannels.ai platform

Whether you want to introduce clients, sell WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and voice under your own brand or interconnect traffic at wholesale, there is a tier designed for the way you already work, and a path to the next one as you grow.

**Short answer:** The OmniChannels.ai partner programme, run by BroadNet Technologies, has four tiers: Relay for referral partners, Launch for resellers, Signature for white-label partners and Backbone for wholesale and carrier partners. Agencies and technology companies join at Launch or Signature. Partners get onboarding, training, a sales enablement kit and deal registration; higher tiers add a dedicated partner manager, co-marketing and shared leads. Wholesale rates are volume-based and quoted by sales.

## What every partner gets

- **A named contact, then a dedicated manager:** Every partner has a named contact on the partner team. Signature and Backbone partners get a dedicated manager who owns commercials, onboarding, escalations and regular performance reviews.
- **Solution-architect time:** Engineers help you design integrations, SMPP binds, webhooks and channel fallback for your clients, so your first deployments are built correctly.
- **Onboarding, training and certification:** Your sales, support and technical staff learn the console, the APIs and the channel rules from Meta, Google and operators, and Signature partners can certify their technical team.
- **A sales enablement kit:** Pitch material, channel explainers and solution outlines for your prospects, a rebrandable version for white-label partners, and joint calls with our specialists on larger deals.
- **Deal registration:** Register an opportunity once and it stays attributed to you through the sales cycle, so the opportunity stays yours and is not worked around you.
- **Wholesale rates tiered by volume:** Resellers and wholesale partners buy at volume-based wholesale rates, quoted by sales per destination and channel. A larger committed volume usually unlocks a better rate tier.
- **Your own markup and invoices:** Set retail prices on top of your wholesale cost, per client and per route, and invoice clients under your own brand and terms.
- **Revenue share for referrals:** Referral and technology partners earn a revenue share or commission on the business they introduce, as defined in the partner agreement.
- **Every channel on one platform:** WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Voice, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Email and Push, delivered by a Meta Business Solution Provider and Google RBM partner.

## Which partner type fits you

| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Reseller and white-label | For telecom resellers, MVNOs, software vendors and regional distributors who want to sell messaging as their own product. You get a branded console, client sub-accounts, a reseller API and wholesale rates with your own retail pricing. |
| Wholesale, aggregator and carrier | For carriers, aggregators and large platforms moving high A2P SMS or voice volumes. You get direct SMPP interconnect over TLS, per-route quality reporting, delivery receipts and CDR-based settlement. |
| Technology and ISV | For CRM, commerce, fintech and contact-centre vendors who want messaging inside their product. You get API and SDK access, integration support from solution architects and joint go-to-market. |
| Agency | For marketing, CX and digital agencies that run campaigns and customer service for clients. You get client sub-accounts, campaign and inbox tools, and specialist support on WhatsApp and RCS launches. |
| Referral | For consultants and advisers who know businesses that need messaging but do not want to deliver or bill it. You introduce the client, we sell and serve them, and you earn a revenue share on qualified business. |

## How to become a partner

1. **Apply:** Tell us about your company, the markets you serve, the channels your clients ask for and the partner type you have in mind.
2. **Scope and match:** Your partner manager confirms the right track, walks through the commercial model and agrees a joint plan with targets that make sense for both sides.
3. **Onboard:** Sign the partner agreement, receive console and test access, connect your systems and train your team on the channels you will sell.
4. **Go live and grow:** Move your first clients to production, register new deals as they come in and review volume, quality and pipeline with your partner manager.

## Is the partner programme right for you?

### A good fit when

- Your clients already ask you for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS or voice, and you would rather sell it than refer it away.
- You want to own the client relationship and the margin, without building operator connections or a messaging platform.
- You sell into the GCC, the wider Middle East or other regions where Arabic and English messaging matter.
- You need a partner with engineers who will join technical calls with your clients.

### Good to know before you start

- Meta, Google and mobile operators still approve your clients' senders, templates and agents; no partner tier bypasses those reviews.
- Sender ID registration rules differ by country, and some markets need documents from each end client before traffic can start.
- Postpaid billing and credit limits are subject to a credit review; most partners start prepaid.
- Rates and partner terms are not published; they are agreed per partner based on markets, channels and committed volume.

## Partner programme questions

### What partner tiers does OmniChannels.ai offer?

Four. Relay is for referral partners who introduce clients; Launch is for resellers who sell under their own account and prices; Signature is full white-label on your own domain; Backbone is wholesale and carrier interconnect for A2P SMS and voice. Each tier adds ownership of the client, the brand, the pricing or the traffic.

### Can I sell OmniChannels.ai under my own brand?

Yes. At Signature, the console, login page, dashboard, invoices, delivery reports and API carry your logo, domain and colours. You create a sub-account for each client and set their prices, so your clients deal with your company rather than with BroadNet.

### How does partner pricing work?

Resellers and wholesale partners buy at volume-based wholesale rates, quoted by sales per destination and channel, and add their own markup. Referral and technology partners are rewarded on business they bring, as defined in the partner agreement. No rates or percentages are published; terms are agreed per partner.

### Is there a minimum commitment?

It depends on the tier. Relay has no volume commitment, and Launch partners usually start on a prepaid balance. Signature and Backbone partners agree a monthly volume commitment with sales, and a higher commitment usually unlocks a better wholesale tier.

### Can I move up a tier later?

Yes. Many partners start at Launch to prove demand, then move to Signature once they want their own domain, branded API and dedicated support. Your partner manager reviews volume, quality and pipeline with you and proposes a move when it makes sense for both sides.

### Are territories exclusive?

Not by default. Most partners sell without geographic restrictions. Where a market needs focused effort, for example because of local registration rules or a go-to-market commitment, territory terms can be discussed and written into the partner agreement.

### Who supports my clients after they go live?

That depends on the tier. Launch and Signature partners own the client relationship and provide first-line support, while BroadNet provides second-line support and engineering behind them. For clients introduced by Relay partners, BroadNet sells and supports the client directly.

### Do partners get training and sales material?

Yes. Every tier gets onboarding and a sales kit sized to the tier, from a referral kit to a rebrandable kit for white-label partners. Sales and support training is included from Launch, and Signature partners can certify their technical team on the console, APIs and channel rules.
