**Definition:** White-label messaging is a messaging platform that a reseller, agency or telecom operator sells under its own brand: the console, reports, invoices and domain carry the reseller's name and logo, while the provider runs the underlying channels and infrastructure.

The reseller gets a ready platform for SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice and other channels without building connectivity, operator relationships or software. It sets its own prices, owns the customer relationship and supports its clients; the provider handles routing, uptime and channel onboarding behind the scenes.

Key capabilities to check: branded console and login domain, branded invoices and reports, multi-tenant sub-accounts with separate credit, sender IDs, rate cards, users and webhooks, a reseller API for automation, and margin reporting.

Compliance stays shared. Sender ID registration, WhatsApp Business Account verification and opt-in obligations apply to each end client, and the reseller must be able to show who is sending what.

Typical users are marketing agencies, software vendors adding messaging to their products, regional telecom operators and system integrators.

OmniChannels.ai offers white-label console, dashboard, billing, invoices and delivery reports with the partner's logo, domain and colours, and resellers get every channel.
